Dear international students,

Operational headquarters on prevention of the spread of the new coronavirus infection had approved the new algorithm dated August 27, 2021 No. 18kv for organizing work with international students, arriving in the Russian Federation for the purpose of training in educational institutions of higher education and secondary vocational education, in accordance to which all students can return to the Russian Federation.
In order to obtain invitation you must inform the Office for International Education and Cooperation of intention to arrive to University by sending an e-mail to int.usmu@gmail.com, that specifies your full name, group and department and enclose your international passport.

IMPORTANT

The invitation is issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russian Federation, therefore the period of processing of invitation documents can take up to two months or longer. While you are unable to enter Russian Federation, you will be attending your classes in a distance format.
Please note that you must only send your inquiries to the following e-mail: int.usmu@gmail.com
Sending multiple and repeat inquiries will only impede processing of your application and lead to extended preparation time of your invitation.
Due to limited vacancies, available at university dormitories, all new students and returning students, residing outside student campus, must attach confirmation / booking for accommodation. Applications without unconfirmed accommodation will not be processed.
