«Total dictation» is an annual educational action in the form of a voluntary dictation for all comers, in which more than 5000 people take part annually. The test «TRUD» is the part of the project, it is intended for those who study Russian as a foreign language. The TRUD test this year, as in the past, was held in a remote format. The assignments are created in an unusual, creative, fascinating format and are related to the culture, history, and science of Russia. The topic of this year`s test is «Family Stories». The Dean`s Office of Foreign Students and the Department of the Russian Language and Social and Cultural Communication of USMU organized the participation of foreign students – the best connoisseurs of the Russian language – in the TRUD test, which took place on April 10, 2021. 36 students of the University took part in the action – students of the 1st and 2nd courses in the specialty General Medicine with the use of an facilitator language and in the preparatory course for foreign citizens of USMU. 17 students were rated «Excellent».

The best was the first year student Guamialama Hernandez Loren Guadalupe (Ecuador), who showed the maximum result – 100 scores!
