Of course, at first it seems to young people that it is more interesting and more promising to work in large cities. But it is not always the case. Measures of financial incentives for graduates are extremely important. We launched “Zemsky doctor” and “Zemsky paramedic” programs, we give young doctors housing certificates or compensate for the cost of renting a house, and also give “installation grant” for acquisition farm in villages. All this opens up wonderful prospects for you, the graduates,» — said Yevgeny Kuyvashev.
