Short-term training courses are organized for persons wishing to improve their level of knowledge and to prepare for entering the University.

Students of the short-term preparatory courses may include:
– pupils of the 11th form of schools of Yekaterinburg of the Sverdlovsk region,
– persons entering the University on the basis of secondary professional and higher education
– foreign citizens.

Admission to short-term preparatory courses is carried out in February in the Center of pre-university training (17 Klyuchevskaya str., 4th floor).

Documents required for admission to courses:
1. The application of the customer of educational services (parent or legal representative of the student).
2. The contract on paid educational services according to the program of summer training courses.
3. The original or a copy of the identity document of the customer;
4. The original or a copy of the identity document of the student;
5. 1 photo 3×4;
6. Receipt of payment of the course of study.

Tuition fees for short-term training courses in 2018 academic year:
– for three subjects (Chemistry, Biology, Russian language) – 15,000 RUB 
– for two subjects (at the student’s choice) – 10,000 RUB
– for one subject (Chemistry or Biology) – 5,000 RUB.

Classes are held from March 01 to May 31, from 16:30 to 19:00  (except Saturday and Sunday).
Frequency of lessons: each subject is once a week.
Training takes place in the theoretical and practical form.
Chemistry, Biology, Russian language are taught, these are subjects necessary for admission to Medical University.
The training program is drawn up on the basis of the Federal state educational standard of secondary (complete) General education and programs of entrance examinations conducted by USMU independently.

While studying at short-term courses, the hostel is not available.
Students of short-term courses are admitted to USMU on a common basis.
